Can I change my shipping address?Updated a year ago

Oops, is your Gard Pro smartwatch not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! If your order hasn't shipped yet, send us the new information and we can change it for you.

If your order has been shipped, don't panic! You can still reroute it via the carrier tracking link we provide in your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note that we can only ship your order to the address you provided when you placed your order - if you provided an incorrect address and the package is delivered there, we won't be able to pick it up, so check your address carefully!
